- Do I have to start with a 14-day trial?
- No. You can buy your plan and pay immediately, or explicitly choose the optional 14-day trial. After a trial, the subscription continues unless you cancel first.
- Do I need a card for the optional trial?
- Yes. A direct purchase is charged immediately. For the optional trial, your card is stored and charged only after the 14 days.
- What does early bird mean?
- During the founding phase every paid plan is 10% off — €24,99 becomes €22,49 (Freelancer) and €149 becomes €134,10 (Team). The regular price stays visible, struck through.
- Is there a discount for yearly billing?
- Yes. Yearly billing saves an additional 15% — the prices shown are per month, billed once per year.
- Can I switch or cancel any time?
- Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are all self-service in your account. There's no minimum term.
- How are Team seats counted?
- Team includes 5 seats. Each extra seat is €22,50 per month (early bird; €25,00 regular), up to 10 people in one workspace. Need more? Agency gives you unlimited seats — talk to us.
- Is my data safe in Europe?
- Yes. BTW is built in Europe, under European rules. GDPR isn't a distant market requirement for us — it's home ground, and the documentation the EU AI Act demands is produced by BTW automatically.
