- How do I get started?
- You create an account and work on the Team plan for 30 days. No card is asked for and nothing is charged. After the 30 days you choose a plan or carry on within the free tier.
- Do I need a card for the 30 days?
- No. There are no payment details and no automatic renewal. The trial simply ends if you do nothing.
- What happens to my work after the 30 days?
- It stays exactly where it is and stays readable. Projects, versions and the timeline do not disappear. Without a plan you only lose the ability to create new work in the paid features.
- What does early bird mean?
- During the founding phase every paid plan is 10% off, so €24,99 becomes €22,49 (Freelancer) and €149 becomes €134,10 (Team). The regular price stays visible, struck through.
- Is there a discount for yearly billing?
- Yes. Yearly billing saves an additional 15%. The prices shown are per month and are billed once a year.
- Can I switch or cancel any time?
- Yes. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation are all self-service in your account. There is no minimum term.
- How are Team seats counted?
- Team includes 5 seats. Each extra seat costs €22,50 per month in the founding phase, instead of €25,00 at list price, up to 10 people in one workspace. If you need more seats, Agency gives you unlimited ones. Talk to us and we will size it with you.
- Is my data protected under European rules?
- BTW is built in Europe with GDPR in mind. You stay in control of your projects and create an exportable production record during normal work that supports client delivery and relevant disclosure questions. That is not a blanket compliance guarantee.
